Our highly qualified, experienced construction managers and site managers are trained to provide superior construction, at the lowest cost, in the least amount of time. How do we do this? Seamless communication and consistent relationships. We work with you as a partner, keeping you involved every step of the way to produce a space worthy of your investment.

Every project is lead by a qualified construction manager who is responsible and accountable for your project’s success. Experienced in every aspect of service; including constructability review, budgeting, estimating, value analysis, scheduling, purchasing, and project control, our construction managers remain involved throughout, from tender, through construction, to close-out and warranty service. Our team is dedicated to being consistent, efficient and reliable.

Our Team

Jon Braun

Principal

Jon’s extensive education and business experience includes business at the University of Manitoba and later while on an NCAA golf scholarship in Georgia, USA, and finished with an Architectural Science Project Management degree at Ryerson University. Jon founded Contech in 1996 and continues to be personally involved and oversee day-to-day operations and projects. While away from the office Jon plays a few sports including golf and loves to travel south.

Gary Franklin

Vice President Operations

Gary is detail-oriented professional with considerable knowledge in our field and an ability to handle curves while keeping an eye on the big picture. With over 18-years experience specializing in coordinating fast track interior leasehold construction projects Gary has probably seen it all. Gary personally manages projects while also overseeing the Project Managers. While away from the office Gary loves to rough-it in Northern Ontario.

Adam Main

Project Manager

Adam has 15-years experience as a project manager managing leasehold improvements. He has an ability to handle curves with confidence while maintaining the schedule, quality control, and the budget. Adam has many interests when not working including spending time in the great outdoors.

John Binder

Project Manager

John is a reliable and professional construction manager with a strong technical skill-set. John is dedicated to each and every project with a willingness to excel and succeed in building out the project on time, on budget, and with quality at the forefront. While at home John likes to tinker around in the garage.

Lynn Claney

Office Manager

Lynn runs the day to day office activities including but not limited to Health and Safety, collecting all project start up as well as close out documentation for all projects. Outside the office you can find her year round playing competitive intercounty level tennis and golfing in the summer.
