- Site supervision of subcontractors and client’s vendors.
- Maintenance of site safety procedures.
- Facilitating regular site meetings and on-going communications complete with detailed meeting minutes.
- Development and maintenance of monthly cost status reports.
- Assessment of subcontractors work-in-progress and submission of progress invoices.
- Quality assurance of subcontractor workmanship to the Contech standard.
- Arrangement and coordination of all site inspections.
- Preparation of a punch-list to expedite deficiency correction in a complete and timely manner.
- Warranties, manuals, reports, “as-builts” are collated and presented to our client as a complete operational record of the project.
